Please note that July 15, 2024, is the deadline for the 2nd Report Period for the 2024-2025 NFRW Political & Campaign Awards - Volunteer Hours and Calls. The 2nd Report Period should only include the club's volunteer hours and calls made from January 1-June 30, 2024.

The time periods for collection to be considered for period awards:
- 1st Report Period: July 1, 2023 - December 31, 2023 (Due: January 15, 2024)
- 2nd Report Period: January 1, 2024 - June 30, 2024 (Due July 15, 2024)
- 3rd Report Period: July 1, 2024 - December 31, 2024 (Due: January 15, 2025)
- 4th Report Period: January 1, 2025 - June 30, 2025 (Due: July 15, 2025)
Important: If your club missed the 1st Report Period Deadline of January 15, 2024, you should still collect and report those Political & Campaign Volunteer Hours and Calls on or before July 14, 2024. They must be reported in the 1st Report Period. These Volunteer Hours & Calls will count toward the 2-year Cumulative Award.
Please make sure that your club has a Campaign/Election Committee. The chair of the committee will be responsible for assigning one member to collect all Political & Campaign Volunteer Hours and Calls from its members and submitting the online form no later than the due date to be considered for period awards. Upon completion of the online form, both the member inputting the data and the state president will receive a receipt with a copy of the information. The club committee should also provide a spreadsheet of the information collected to the state president.
