Native Americans serve in the U.S. military due to their cultural values and a proud warrior tradition built on strength, honor, pride, devotion, and wisdom. 

Pinellas Federated Republican Women hosted a fundraiser for Anna Paulina Luna, Republican nominee in Florida CD-13. Held at the home of Dr. Edward and Pam McAloon, the event was fun, very successful,and many candidates and elected officials from Pinellas County attended.

Plano Republican Women of Texas celebrated its fantastic 60-year history this summer with a fun and groovy 60s party at the Plano Event Center.

Arrowhead Republican Women honored and recognized our veterans at the November meeting. The Luke Air Force Base Honor Guard presented the Flag for the National Anthem. Special guests included WWII veteran Dr. Thomas Hazzard and General Mick McGuire.

The meaning of Veterans Day easily can be lost if not taught to the next generation of Americans. This requires cultivating values like loyalty, bravery, national pride, and, most of all, the willingness to lay down one's life in defense of America’s founding principles. It also requires us to understand what is so special about the Constitution of the United States, to which every servicemember swears an oath. No mere document is worth dying for, but the ideas, values, and convictions contained within our founding documents are.
