In the fourth reporting period for the NFRW Political & Campaign Awards, NFRW members reported 2,885,964 hours and 555,121 calls, the equivalent of $86,578,920 volunteer dollars contributed to Republican campaigns across the country.

Each year on August 7, our nation recognizes the men and women who are known as Purple Heart recipients. This day is a chance to reflect on the bravery of those who have fought for the U.S. and to ensure that their courage is never forgotten.

As the bad guys (and girls) have gotten savvier with technology, the Coast Guard has developed sophisticated, effective technology to combat crimes on the water and at our ports. It’s a 24/7 job. On July 27, the Korean War Veterans Memorial Foundation will commemorate the 70th anniversary of the signing of the Korean Armistice Agreement. This historic event will take place at the Korean War Veterans Memorial and will honor those who served in the Korean War to defend democracy and the people of South Korea.
