Ready to Run Encourages, Trains Women For Public Leadership Roles
The National Federation of Republican Women is co-sponsoring "Ready-to-Run," a day-long workshop to encourage and train women to run for elective office, position themselves for appointive office, work on a campaign, or get involved in public life in other ways.
The bipartisan program takes place on Saturday, March 3, 2018, in Washington, DC. Co-sponsored by almost two-dozen women's and nonprofit organizations, it is hosted by the George Washington Graduate School of Political Management. The cost is $150.
The program will feature insights on how to build a campaign, boost one’s public speaking and presentation skills, manage and grow a candidate's digital portfolio, develop a campaign message, and raise the funds needed for a successful campaign.
