Republican Nominee for U.S. Congress, Oklahoma's 5th District

“The race is on! After officially winning the Republican nomination, I am going against OK’s only Democrat, Kendra Horn. Now, we must work together to take back this seat for Republicans. As a state senator with a proven conservative record, I will be the trusted leader this district needs in Congress.”

With these words, Stephanie Bice is off and running for Oklahoma’s 5th Congressional District. She became the Republican nominee on August 25 in the Republican run-off election.

In a few short years, Stephanie has earned a reputation as one of Oklahoma’s most effective conservative leaders. Elected to the state Senate in 2014, Stephanie serves as assistant majority floor leader in the Oklahoma Senate and chair of the Senate Finance Committee.

After graduating from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a minor in international business, Stephanie worked for eight years in financial oversight, business strategy and marketing for her family’s technology company. Later she helped lead a boutique digital marketing company in Oklahoma City as vice president of business development. With her business experience, Stephanie understands what it is like to sign the front and the back of a paycheck and is keenly aware of the challenges small business owners face as they strive to grow their companies.

Stephanie’s leadership skills and abilities have garnered her state and national attention. She received the Oklahoma State Chamber of Commerce Rising Star Award and was selected as a member of the Governing Institute Women in Government Leadership Class of 2016.

Stephanie is a fourth-generation Oklahoman. She and her husband, Geoffrey, have two daughters. She is a member of Countyline Republican Women's Club. To learn more about her campaign, visit her website or Facebook page.
