U.S. Senator Mike Rounds Participates in Ceremony
South Dakota Federation of Republican Women has a tradition of recognizing members who have been most active over the previous year or two. This year, though, SDFRW did something special -- we created the SDFRW Legacy Award.
Rather than focusing on recent activity, the SDFRW Legacy Award honors those members who have spent year after year, decade after decade, serving the Federation and the Party. Last night, we were thrilled to be able to award the first-ever SDFRW Legacy Award to Judy Trzynka. Judy is an SDFRW Past President and has spent the past 50 years putting boots on the ground for the South Dakota GOP.
U.S. Senator Mike Rounds was on hand to help SDFRW present the award, giving a beautiful speeech highlighting the many accomplishments of this GOP treasure.
