South Dakota Federation Welcomes Home Soldiers of the 196th

SDFRW Presents Each Soldier with Custom Brigade Pin, Personalized Thank You Cards

The South Dakota Federation of Republican Women was very honored to join Governor Kristi Noem, U.S. Senator John Thune, Sioux Falls Mayor Paul TenHaken, and 2,000 other South Dakotans welcoming home the 196th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade!  To show our appreciation, SDFRW President Penny Carpenter Sattgast and 1st Vice-President Catherine Barranco presented each soldier with a custom pin featuring the returning brigade’s unit patch as well as “thank you” cards expressing SDFRW members’ sincere gratitude.
