Texas Judge Receives William H. Rehnquist Award for Judicial Excellence
Texas Judge Emily Miskel, who in May led the nation’s first-ever remote jury trial, is the recipient of the 2020 William H. Rehnquist Award for Judicial Excellence, the highest honor bestowed to a state court judge by the National Center for State Courts (NCSC).
