Ann Schockett, President of the National Federation of Republican Women (NFRW), issued the following statement on the 20th anniversary of the September 11, 2001, attacks.

Twenty years ago, America endured the Day that Changed the World.  As we remember the heroes and the fallen from the 9-11 Terrorist Attacks, we were deeply honored to hear from an American hero and 9-11 survivor, Lt. General Richard "Tex" Brown who was, upon his retirement, the single most decorated member of the Air Force.

Wood County Republican Women's Club of Ohio invited Ohio Supreme Court Justice Sharon Kennedy and Ken Leslie, advocate for homeless veterans, to our August meeting at the Perrysburg Senior Center.
